These terms apply when you use the SupArrive app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms, to the Membership terms (which apply to the Member pass) and to the Privacy policy.
1. What SupArrive provides
SupArrive is an information tool for the Hà Giang Loop: a map and place pages, trips, trip stamps and posters, weather, a seasonal calendar, and an SOS helper. Most features are free; SupArrive Pro (section 2) unlocks a few more and is sold only through the App Store. The Member pass is a different product: a discount used at the counters of partner venues, under the Membership terms. The Member pass unlocks no content or feature in the app. SupArrive does not sell tours, take bookings or collect payment for partners' services.
2. SupArrive Pro
SupArrive Pro is an in-app purchase that you buy once and keep: it is not a subscription and never renews. Pro unlocks unlimited trips, stamps redrawn by AI from your photos, and high-resolution posters with an A4 PDF for printing. Without Pro you still get, free: the map, weather, place pages, the SOS button, Reels, community trips, up to 2 trips of your own, photo stamps and the poster preview. Sharing a trip with the community is always free. Safety information (weather, SOS) will never be put behind a payment.
- Who sells it and takes payment: Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple takes the payment and sends the receipt, under Apple's Media Services Terms. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, in the currency of your App Store; Apple applies the taxes of your country.
- Restore Purchases: Pro belongs to the Apple ID that bought it and works on every iPhone signed in to that Apple ID. On a new phone or after reinstalling, open Account → Restore Purchases. If you are signed in to a SupArrive account, the purchase is also recorded on the account so AI stamps work on your phones.
- Refunds: SupArrive cannot refund App Store purchases itself. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides under its own rules. If Apple refunds you, Pro is removed from the phones using that Apple ID.
- AI stamps need you to be signed in and to agree before any photo is sent to OpenAI (see the Privacy policy). Drawings per day are limited to keep the service running. If the model refuses a photo, the stamp keeps the original photo.
- Pro and Member are different products. The Member pass is not sold in the current version of the app. Member never unlocks content or features in the app, and Pro gives no discount at partner counters.
3. Weather and safety
- Weather forecasts and alerts are for reference only. Forecasts come from Open-Meteo for fixed points on the Loop.
- SupArrive is not an official disaster warning service. Follow announcements from the authorities and people on the ground.
- Conditions on the passes change very quickly. Always look at the real conditions, and don't ride in bad weather.
- The SOS button opens a call to 115, 113 or 114 and prepares a text with your coordinates for you to send to family. SupArrive is not a rescue service, runs no call centre and can't guarantee signal everywhere.
- You are responsible for how you ride, including holding a valid licence, wearing a helmet and following traffic law.
4. Partners
Partners are independent businesses that have signed an agreement with SupArrive, and they are the ones providing services to you. SupArrive selects partners against published standards, takes complaints and acts against partners who break them. Even so, partners are responsible for the quality, price and safety of their own services.
5. You agree not to
- forge, edit, copy to another phone, or share QR codes or gift codes to get perks you are not entitled to;
- reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, try to extract its signing keys, or try to use Pro features without buying Pro through the App Store;
- use SupArrive for anything unlawful.
6. Shared trips
You can share a trip by code or link. You are responsible for its name, notes and the name it shows. Don't post:
- offensive, abusive, harassing or discriminatory content;
- advertising, phone numbers, links, social or messaging accounts to be contacted on;
- other people's personal information;
- anything unlawful in Vietnam.
SupArrive checks shared trips before they go up and may refuse them. Every shared trip has a Report button; we review reports within 24 hours, take down what breaks these rules, and may stop repeat offenders from sharing. You can hide every trip of one person on your phone. You can edit, take down or delete your shared trips at any time; deleting your account deletes them too.
7. Intellectual property
SupArrive's name, logo, design, editorial content and source code belong to SupArrive or its licensors. Photos from outside sources are credited under "Photo credits" in the app. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limits of liability
SupArrive makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the app running, but can't promise the app will never be interrupted or that information is always complete. To the extent the law allows, SupArrive is not liable for loss caused by relying on reference information instead of the authorities' instructions, or by a partner's services. These terms do not exclude SupArrive's liability where it is at fault, and do not limit your rights under Vietnam's Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are handled as in Complaints in the Membership terms. We announce changes to these terms at least 15 days before they apply. The Vietnamese version is legally binding.
