Group rules: Ê, Đi Hà Giang Không?

Ê, Đi Hà Giang Không? · Ha Giang Loop Travel Community is a public group, in Vietnamese and English, for travellers, Hà Giang locals and businesses along the Loop. Not gone yet? Ask. Been? Tell. It is run by the team behind the SupArrive app.

SupArrive's official channels

• The Facebook Page SupArrive, which is also the group's admin.
• The group Ê, Đi Hà Giang Không?
• The SupArrive app on the App Store, and this website.
• Signed partners also get a private group, linked when they are activated.

Any other Page, group or account using the SupArrive name is fake.

When you ask to join, you answer three questions and tick that you agree to the rules:

1. Who you are: planning a trip, just back, a local, or running a business.
2. What you're here for.
3. Which hashtag every post must have. The answer is in section 6.

A request waits if:

• Any of the three questions is unanswered, or question 3 is wrong.
• The account looks fake: brand new, no activity, default profile and cover photos.
• The account impersonates SupArrive, an admin, a partner or a public figure.
• The account was banned from the group before.

Tone

• Keep it friendly. Criticise ideas, not people.
• No insults, harassment or threats. No discrimination by region, ethnicity, nationality, gender or religion.
• Write in Vietnamese with accents, or in English.

Don't post

• Rumours, or road news with no time and place. If something bad happens, don't speculate or post photos of victims: admins will update.
• Anyone else's phone number, ID, number plate, chat screenshots or face without consent. Take disputes to the admins, not the feed.
• Politics, religion, adult content, violence or shock content.
• Scams, pyramid schemes, currency exchange or loan requests.

Selling and spam

• No selling, renting or touting in posts or comments. Businesses introduce themselves in the Friday thread, one comment each a week.
• No reposts, no cross-posting from other groups, no tagging other Pages or groups to pull people away.
• No referral or affiliate links.
• Reviews must be real and dated. No fake reviews or seeding. Say if you got a gift. Businesses may reply once, politely.

• Tag it from the list in section 6. Don't invent new hashtags.
• Search before you ask. Use the group's search or tap a hashtag. Questions already answered get pointed to the old post.
• Give the details. Dates, how many of you, self-ride or easy rider, where you plan to go. Not just "anyone been? tips please".
• One topic per post, and say what it's about in the first line.
• Road news with time and place, and a photo if you have one, so people know how fresh it is. Not sure? Say "heard that".
• Your own photos. Credit anything that isn't yours. Say so when text, photos or video are made with AI.
• Look for riding buddies in the Thursday thread, not in a new post.

Approval. Every post is reviewed by an admin, usually within 4 hours between 07:00 and 22:00 Vietnam time. Posts missing hashtags get a reminder first. A question already answered in the group may not be approved even if it breaks no rule.

• Stay on the post's topic and answer the question asked.
• No "DM me" or "check inbox", no links or phone numbers to pull customers.
• No "." or "following" comments. Use Turn on notifications for this post or Save post instead.
• Use Edit to add to your comment instead of several in a row.
• Argue ideas, not people. No joke options in polls.

• Use Report to group admins on the post or comment instead of arguing in the comments. Reports are handled within 24 hours.
• If someone messages you privately to sell or asks for a transfer or deposit, take a screenshot and report it to the admins.
• To appeal a decision, email us with the post's link. Admins don't handle violations by private message. Moderation logs are kept for 12 months.

Joining the group doesn't make you a SupArrive member or staff. The SupArrive membership card is a separate product under the membership terms.

SupArrive is not responsible for what members post. To have content you own removed, email us. The group runs on Meta's platform: what you post and your membership are handled under SupArrive's privacy policy and Meta's own. Anything that breaks Vietnamese law or Meta's Community Standards is removed without notice.
